Logan County Systems of Care
is a comprehensive system of
support and service coordination
for families with children who
are involved in multiple service
programs. Many Systems
of Care families have children
with special medical or mental
health needs. Families are
referred to the program by
service providers or may seek
the assistance on their own.
Once accepted in the program,
a team of dedicated professionals
work with entire families to meet
the needs of each individual
and build a healthy family
structure which allows children
to have the best chance to lead a
healthy and successful life.
There is no cost for
participation for qualifying families.
